In the series Homage, Maria Bodil took the idea of ‘inspiration’ one step further. Through a series of stylized portraits, they reimagine the distinct visual languages of some of the most iconic artists in a contemporary context. Each model embodies the spirit of one artist, expressed through bold makeup, sculptural hair, and cohesive styling and set design.
